Horacio Graffiña, originally from Mendoza, and with a family history of winegrowers, undertakes the adventure of beginning to make his first wines in search of the imprint of young, easy-to-drink wines with a pure terroir identity.

From the El Sueño farm, and with grapes from the regions of San Martín, Junín, Rivadavia and Santa Rosa, a production of ninety quintals per hectare is maintained.

The grapes come from Vista Flores, Tunuyán, Mendoza. The driving mode is espalier and its harvest is manual, then traditional fermentation, to achieve natural stability of the wine, in the following way we obtain a fruity wine with a subtle touch of oak.
