Entonado is an undertaking carried out by the winemaker Lucas Amoretti, the agronomist Santiago Gabrielli and the accountant Ignacio Portabella Fazio.

Lucas, Santiago and Ignacio decided, since 2012, to vinify the grapes from an old Vistalba vineyard that they harvested themselves. The production is traditional and the aging is in second-use barrels. The result is wines that are very easy to drink and tasty.

Wines that break with the norms of the common, since from the harvest to the fractioning they did it with their own hands.
