Greenish yellow in color with golden reflections. notes of honey, floral and some empireumatic hints of oil character. It is a harmonious wine, with good volume and tension thanks to its acidity. It has a sweet entry and a salty finish that create a perfect balance.

It is made from white grapes, but it is fermented as if it were a red wine, with the skin and the seeds. In many cases this maceration extends after fermentation, during the aging of the wine.
