About Boro Wines
These wines come from Mendoza, more specifically from Luján de Cuyo - Ugarteche, they are harvested manually and the vinification is carried out with natural fermentation in large cement tanks with wild yeasts. The liquid rests for about 6 months under the lees and then goes through a filtering process and is bottled, remaining at rest for 6 months.
A wine that results from an original vinification process, which dispenses with the use of barrels and, therefore, is absolutely natural, preserving its primary characteristics of aroma and flavor.
