Inaugurated in 2008, the winery has an area of 12,170 meters and is equipped with the most advanced technology, highlighting the incorporation of specially acquired tanks to produce high-end wines, capable of competing with the most recognized in the world. Lamadrid has a production capacity of 1.5 million bottles.
The wine lines made in Lamadrid bear the exclusive name of the winery, regardless of whether their destinations are the local or export market. Currently the wines are present in more than 20 countries, among which Brazil, the United States, Canada and several countries of the European continent stand out.
The main characteristic of these wines is the smoothness derived from the perfect maturation of the tannins of the grapes used for their different varietal wines, which are specially selected from the Lamadrid and La Suiza farms, which are worked under the concept of "single vineyard ”(a single vineyard).
This production philosophy consists of making a special type of wine that it claims to be made every year from the same vineyard. In other words, each harvest the wine uses the grapes from the same place. Hence, this group of wines is the best representative of the terroir at the local level.
