In 2002, with the idea of producing their own wines, it was decided to put into operation an old winery, located in Carrodilla Lujan de Cuyo. This building dates from 1930, its wooden ceilings and large glass windows make Staphyle a captivating boutique winery, incorporating modern technology. Currently the winery has an outstanding group of professional winemakers who, together with the highest viticultural technology, produce high-end wines. The vineyards are located in the area of Ugarteche and Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, known as the first wine-growing area in Argentina, where each of the varietals are cultivated with dedication, being them: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bonarda, Sauvignon Blanc.
Currently the winery has an outstanding group of professional winemakers who, together with the highest viticultural technology made available, produce High-end wines, using traditional artisanal methods.
