Its winery was completed in 2005, using the latest technology and a building design that enhances the architecture of the area. It covers an area of more than 4500 square meters, with controlled temperature and humidity. Its production capacity is 1,600,000 liters in stainless steel tanks and a cellar for 1,200 barrels.
