Ernesto Catena sees his mission as transforming viticulture into a true art. Growing up in a ruby ​​world, in each bottle he makes, or rather creates, he puts his aesthetic gaze first. He defines himself as a hedonist, a passionate man and a lover of beauty. Perhaps that is why it is almost as complex for him to make a good wine as it is to design a good label.

His style, how could it be otherwise, is diversity, the constant search for the best grapes, wherever they are; then selecting different vineyards for different varieties, where the terroir and climate indicate that they would achieve their best expression, choosing small producers to collaborate with them and work together to obtain the best grapes and thus achieve wines with their own identity.

All this, and something more, encompasses this new Ernesto Catena Vineyards project, where once again, his viticultural identity and his love for the land of Mendoza are reflected in great wines.
