Entirely made with Cabernet Franc grapes from our own organic vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-27ºC for 7 days. 30% of the wine was aged for 9 months in 100% French oak; it is an intense purple wine, with concentrated aromas of plums, black cherries and violet notes. Round on the palate, with soft tannins and a long finish.
