Caelum is a small constellation that can be seen from the southern hemisphere. In it, the chisel, the sculptor's tool, is represented. Like the chisel for the sculptor, our hands are the tool for making our wines.

About Caelum
This new family project was created in 2009 when the Pimentel family, specialized in farm management, decided to move from Buenos Aires to Mendoza to start making wines in the beautiful ‘land of the sun and wine’. The brothers Constanza and Hernán dedicated a lot of energy and passion to the project, providing life and human warmth to the winery and to those who visit it.
Under the tutelage of the Italian winemaker Guiseppe Franceschini, they began to produce wines in the purest European style, seeking elegance and refined expression in classic varietals such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
