About Casarena
Casarena was born in 2007 with the purchase of your first finca. The four vineyards of the winery are located in Agrelo and Perdriel in Luján de Cuyo, an area with a particularly suitable, alluvial, rocky, sandy, permeable, fertile, saline and great depth area, which allows for a good development. the vid and trust the wine, great body and structure.
Benardo Bossi Bonilla and Alejandro Sejanovich form the team in charge of the Casarena wine style. Both worked together in the winemaking equipment of the Catena Zapata winery. Bernardo Bossi Bonilla is responsible for winemaking, while Alejandro Sejanovich is in charge of conducting the vineyards. The vast experience of both in Agrelo and Perdriel, guarantees the mission of the winery, to celebrate these traditional and exclusive terroirs.
The old adobe building in Casarena – the only one on the façade – was totally recycled and adapted for the operation of an avant-garde wine cellar for the elaboration and child of Premium wines, which combines the best of the traditional process with technological innovation.
