Color of medium intensity greenish yellow with golden reflections. Of a complexity that will continue to increase over time as its distinguished personality in the bottle is further tempered. At the beginning, fresh fruity aromas of pineapple, ripe pear and white peach stand out, characteristic of Chardonnay from the San Rafael terroir in perfect conjunction with the floral and mineral aromas provided by the Chardonnay from the Uco Valley. The hints of butter given by the malolactic fermentation developed in the barrel, are both fine and attractive, melting into sensations that last when the wine is tasted, where they flow in nuances of coconut and spices provided by the toasting of the oak where it was kept with patience for the Bianchi family. When drinking it, it makes its way through our mouth, leaving memories and extensive sensations that last with a slightly citrus finish.

About Bianchi

In 1887, Valentin Bianchi was born in Italy, beginning the history and tradition of Bodegas Bianchi. At just 23 years old, in 1910 his young audacity prompted him to leave the small town of Fasano behind and set out on a trip to Argentina, more precisely to San Rafael, in the province of Mendoza.

In 1928, after years of effort and perseverance, he managed to realize one of his greatest dreams: to have his own vineyard and to inaugurate a winery that he called El Chiche, “the small winery of great wines”.

Don Valentín's tireless vocation never faded. Willing to make the best wines in the country, he imported European strains and adapted them to the climatic and orographic characteristics of the San Rafael region. Thus, little by little, he forged a family winery whose name would become an authentic heritage of Argentina: Bodegas Bianchi.

Bodegas Bianchi has 350 hectares, distributed in three properties: Finca Doña Elsa, Finca Asti and Finca Las Paredes where the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Chardonnay and Torrontés are grown.

To accompany new trends, the winery has the advice of the winemaker Facundo Pereira and his team of outstanding professionals, together they lead rigorous quality control systems throughout the entire production process, with a high commitment in the search for the excellence.

Some of its best known brands are Enzo Bianchi, Particular Bianchi, Famiglia Bianchi Reserva, Valentín Bianchi, Elsa Bianchi, Bianchi Extra Brut, New Age and its recent launch LEO, where Casa Bianchi and the Leo Messi Foundation come together to give life to this perfect pairing created in Argentina, the land of vineyards and passion for football. The production of these wines will collaborate with the Leo Messi Foundation to continue building projects focused on health care and educational development for children with greater social disadvantages.
