Viña Cobos makes wines that naturally express the terroir from which they come. Paul Hobbs, founding partner and winemaker of Viña Cobos, has been working since 1988 in the exploration of the different terroirs of Mendoza, looking for the most outstanding regions within Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco, for the elaboration of unique wines. A sustainable management of the vineyard allows to achieve balanced harvests and high quality fruit, from there a careful treatment of the grape and a meticulous production process, gives rise to complex and elegant wines, of great subtlety and balance.
