Doña Paula Sauvage Blanc has a pale yellow color.  Brut Nature made with grapes from Tupungato that exalts the citric expression typical of Sauvignon Blanc together with refreshing herbal notes. On the palate, its marked acidity makes it an ideal wine for aperitifs and seafood. Undoubtedly a difficult to pigeonhole sparkling wine that lives up to its name, Sauvage, which means nothing other than wild in French. It has very intense aromas of orange blossom and white peach with citrus notes, such as grapefruit, and a touch of mint. In the mouth, it is fresh, with marked acidity, very lively and persistent.
