Yellow with greenish reflections and silver flashes. Infinite, elegant and delicate bubbles. Fresh fruits such as pineapple, peach and apricot appear. accompanied by white flowers, jasmine and honeysuckle. Fine notes of dried apricot and toasted bread. It is fresh and creamy. Alma Cuatro is a line of sparkling wines made by second fermentation in the bottle that combines avant-garde and innovation. It began in 1999 as an experimental sparkling wine production project led by four young people from Mendoza with a strong investigative spirit: Mauricio Castro, Agustín Lopez, Marcela Manini and Sebastián Zuccardi.
