In 1999, the centenary facilities of the winery founded in 1900 by Bernardo Martez, grandfather of Alejandro Martez Rosell, were recovered, about to be demolished. Cavas Rosell Boher continues the family tradition of sparkling wines, with the slogan of making the best product of Argentina. For this, they exclusively rely on grapes from their own vineyards, in the Uco Valley, one of the best areas of Mendoza. Wine consignments are limited, which guarantees the personalized care required in artisan production.
Since then, Cavas Rosell Boher has continued the French tradition of Champagne, making its products only through the Champenoise Method, with the time and patience necessary to obtain a final result of extreme quality.
From the beginning, the winery also produced still wines, which have managed to position themselves among the most respected on the market. In addition to the Casa Boher family, today the Casa Boher Gran Corte, Gran Reserva and Gran Chardonnay stand out.
They are a young winery with history and tradition, with an eye on the future.
