For this reason, Viña Cobos makes its wines through natural, minimally invasive processes, taking care that they receive a gentle treatment at each stage of their development. It seeks and encourages fermentation through indigenous yeasts, not being in favor of clarifying or filtering its wines to maintain its complexity and promote its dense texture and final persistence.

Viña Cobos has a product portfolio made up of four lines of wines: Cobos, Bramare Vineyard Designation, Bramare Appellation and Felino.
