This wine does not pass through wood, and is fermented in old cement tanks without adding yeast or correcting acidity. Its essence is represented by the butterfly inside the cocoon, and its beauty can only be appreciated by those who know how to look inside. Its aromas are not very expressive but with character. Frank and fluid on the palate with firm tannins that stand out a bit. Strong red in each sip and with a pleasant freshness that highlights the fruity profile at the end of the mouth.

About Maal Wines

They say that so far only malbecs are the main objective. It is a project of young and intrepid minds who tell us the following:

At our farm in Las Compuertas, Luján de Cuyo, we will start this year with the construction of the first winery in Argentina, and perhaps in the world, built entirely of recycled materials. Combining materials such as abandoned containers, old sleepers and tubing pipes, we designed a small 100,000-liter winery designed to make wines of the highest quality, but with traditional production techniques.
