It was the pioneer of the list, adding to the worldwide boom of Moscatel with a little bit of residual sugar. The most wonderful thing about this wine is that you find it as the intermediate stop between a completely dry white and one you would call "sweet". It is sweet, of course, but that sugar is so well achieved and balanced by the extravagant perfume and acidity that it makes it irresistible for an extremely hot day. Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. Very intense nose. Predominant aromas of peaches, kiwis and jasmine. Fresh, with balanced acidity, white fruits and floral notes such as jasmine and orange blossom predominate.
