When Enrique Foster tasted an Argentine Malbec for the first time, he was stunned. He immediately traveled to Mendoza, Argentina, in order to produce a Malbec with the best varietal expression. He bought old vineyards in the Lujan de Cuyo area and entrusted the winemaker Mauricio Lorca with the elaboration of them in a winery built for this purpose. With time and with the help of Mauricio, Enrique discovered the benefits of our land beyond the Malbec variety and the Luján de Cuyo area. This is how he met and was surprised, again, with other varieties and terroirs.
He was encouraged to more, he arrived in Valle de Uco, from where today the grapes with which his wines are made come from and he added new varietals to his line. With the memory of that first Malbec that he tasted and that gave rise to his project, Enrique Foster invites us to taste his line of wines, traditional, elegant, recognized for their quality. The concept is to produce wines of great personality and distinction, respecting the Argentine terroir and highlighting those virtues that other parts of the world do not have.
