About Bressia
At the beginning of 2003, together with his wife and children, he started a family business under the concept of "family wines", this being the result of a long experience and career as an oenologist making wines in the national and international market. It is a small project whose main objective is the personalized and limited sale of consignments of wines, sparkling wines and grappas of the highest quality. Each bottle is unique and therefore you can enjoy the pleasure offered by the exclusivity and particularity of each vintage.
At the bressia winery they use the minimalist concept for the production of all their wines, which is considered the minimum human intervention supported by adequate technology. They have a proportionate capacity of French and American oak barrels that allow the wines to be designed with a very careful and balanced style in its concentration of wood. The aging in barrels is carried out in an underground cellar located 6 meters deep that houses 340 barrels.
