Corbeau Wines is a project of the Rodríguez Family who, with vast experience and deep roots in the Mendoza viticulture scene, were able to detect a lack in the market offer. Although the brand was born in 2016, they are third generation in the wine industry and have had the same winery for more than 40 years.

At the head of this family project is Eduardo H. Rodríguez (general manager) and his sons Eduardo L. as the main winemaker of the winery, and Francisco Rodríguez in the commercial and brand development for the internal and external market.

All its products are made with grapes from its own vineyards, located in the Maipú and Santa Rosa areas, specially cared for to leave its mark on each of the wines that are part of the Corbeau Wines family. The 320 has. distributed in 4 vineyards, with different soils, climates and grape varieties in each of them, is what allows them to make blends with unique characteristics.

Corbeau means crow in French. The name was born from the story that the grandfather told his grandchildren:

“When he bought the first vineyard, he went to visit it and said that he had seen a very black bird perched on a wire. He said it was a raven. A few years later, when he started to harvest, he saw that the color of the grapes was much more intense than normal compared to the grapes in the area. The arid lands and the desert dunes were conditioned to give space to unique plantations, being a tribute to the noble traditional wine culture. Its vineyards are the full expression of Mendoza's vines. A constant contrast between technology that blends into the landscape in an impeccable and wonderful harmony.

Since the creation of the winery in 2016, the Rodríguez family has sought to make Corbeau Wines a disruptive project, both with its wines and with its proposal in general, and break with the traditional structures of the industry. Following this path, the family winery decided to launch the first campaign - pioneer of its kind in the wine sector - of the wine industry in support of diversity: "Wine Is Love", whose objective is to accompany and make visible the fight for respect of rights and the recognition of equality. It is a limited edition of their Mad Bird line.
