It has a golden amber hue, with coppery flashes. On the nose the aromas of nuts, honey and orange peel stand out. In the mouth it is unctuous and intense, with notes of golden raisins, anise, kumquats and dates in syrup.
Golden yellow in color, concentrated with generous tears. The Viognier variety gives a very aromatic profile to flowers, well-ripened fruits, dried fruits and compote. It has an unctuous entry, juicy development in the middle of the mouth, long and complex finish.
