About Paso A Paso

Norberto Páez and Sebastián Bisole, both agronomists, took their first steps in the experimental winery of the Enology Chair of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the U.N. Cuyo. After obtaining good results, and anxious to bring to the market a wine that carries its identity from the grape to the glass, they rented a garage and made their first cut of Malbec and Bonarda using plastic bins to ferment and barrels reconditioned by them for aging. .
