For the project, Constantino Krontiras, summoned his friend and renowned Greek winemaker Panos Zouboulis, who obtained his National Diploma of Oenology in Bordeaux and has more than 25 years of experience in winemaking in the old world.
"While in Greece we make wines with autochthonous strains ideal for each terroir, in Mendoza we have the optimum altitude and climate that, combined with the age of the vineyards, allows us to achieve the best expression of the Malbec strain" Panos Zouboulis
Under the philosophy of environmental balance, and the efficient use of local ecosystem resources and available nutrients, the organic treatment of the vineyards began and the first steps for biodynamics began, a technology that will also be applied in the elaboration of their wines.
The venture has a vineyard with an area of 10 hectares in Lujan de Cuyo with vines over 80 years old and another of 18 hectares of new vineyards in Maipú, Mendoza.
