Angélica Zapata wines are obtained from grapes from vineyards planted at the foot of the mountain, at an altitude of between 1,000 and 1,200 meters above sea level. We dedicated many years to the search for the "terroir" that would allow us to achieve the maximum concentration of aromas and flavors and we were pioneers in specifying the optimal heights of the Mendoza Pedemonte for each varietal of grapes.
