About Zorzal
The winery is located in the center of Gualtallary, framed by 70 hectares of vineyards and fields. They have state-of-the-art technology in the grinding, fermentation, aging and storage instances.
Equipped with the latest technology, his winery has a New Zealand automatic temperature control system that can be operated over the Internet from anywhere in the world.
For the aging of their wines we use 225 and 500 liter French oak barrels, as well as 2,000 liter foudres with the aim of achieving finer and more elegant specimens. They also use cement eggs to bring purity, nerve, intensity, power, electricity and life to the wines.
"The core concept of Zorzal is Gualtallary, here we make wines with minimal oenological intervention that express to the maximum the characteristics of this unique place in the world" Juan Pablo Michelini, Winemaker
